STATEMENT OF HEALTH AND SAFETY POLICY
1.1 Varlowe Industrial Services Limited recognise the Importance of safety, health and welfare in the successful operation of the company's activities, and believes in the active participation of every employee to achieve and maintain the highest practicable standards of accident prevention and good health.
1.2 The activities of the company will be conducted with due regard to all statutory Requirements and the stated policies of Varlowe Industrial Services Limited. The appropriate safeguards shall be administered and monitored to ensure employees, employees of other companies and the general public are made aware of any risk to their safety and health.
1.3 A reporting procedure shall be used to ensure that the company is regularly appraised on health and safety performance. This procedure shall entail maintaining a system of records for internal appraisal and for corporate appraisal.
1.4 This policy will be implemented through the managers,supervisors and employees for whom safety is a vital part of their responsibilities.
1.5 Appropriate training and information will be made available where such is deemed necessary to maintain the high standard of health and safety.
1.6 This policy and arrangement will be reviewed as necessary but no less frequently than annually.
